The Committee on Military Affairs, to which Was Referred the Memorial of John Charles Frémont, Praying an Investigation of the Claims of Citizens of California against the United States for Money and Supplies Furnished by them for the Use of the United States. Includes a report on the half a million dollars that Frémont spent in order to secure California for the United States.
