"Sepan quantos esta carta vieren como yo el capitan andres baez delande residente en esta ciuidad de méxico otorgo que doy e otorgo todo mi poder cumplido qual de derecho se requieren y es nesesario a el capitan Albari Rodriguez y a pedro de mendoza ... de la ciudad de los angeles... Generalmente, para en todos mis pleytos, caufas y negocios ciuiles, y criminales mouidos, y por mouer, que yo he y tengo, con cualefquier perfonas... Ciudad de los angeles en 20 dias del mes de abril de 1616".
