Camin, Alfonso.
España y sus hombres. México: Revista "Norte", 1950. Encuadernado en tapa dura. Con dedicatoria del autor. * Alfonso Camín (1890-1982). Nació en La Peñuca, el 2 de agosto de 1890. Su "niñez por duros caminos" nos la cuenta en la memorística Entre manzanos, donde retrata la vida y costumbres del Roces de comienzos del siglo XX. A los 15 años emigra a Cuba y publica sus primeros versos. Enseguida se hace redactor del periódico La Noche, así como de otros diarios habaneros y de Santiago de Cuba. Dirige la revista Apolo, exclusivamente dedicada a la poesía. Ya redactor del Diario de la Marina, publica su primer libro, Adelfas (1913). Durante la Primera Guerra Mundial es enviado como corresponsal a España.
