Disposición sobre Conspirar en contra de la Independencia.
Guadalajara, junio 28 de 1821. "… me he creído en la obligación y necesidad de advertir, amonestar y prevenir a todos los habitantes de esta Capital y su provincia, que el que desde hoy en adelante maquinare, ó Intentare subvertir el órden establecido, ó que conspirare contra el sistema de la independencia con hechos, con palabras ó discursos seductivos, ó de cualquier otro modo, de cualquier estado, clase, condición y procedencia que fuere, será castigado severamente".
