A Bronze Qilin Form Censer The squat mythical beast is cast standing foursquare with its teeth bared, its detachable horned head is hinged, the body is decorated with swirling fur highlighted in gilt. 17th Century Height: 8 7/8 inches (22.6 cm) Provenance:Formerly in the Dr. Howard Kuo Collection, Missouri.
