Original watercolor on paper signed lower right by listed artist, Gene Leo. Features a Victorian House at the east end of Ross Island bridge in Portland, Oregon, as noted on the verso. Art measures 13" h x 17" w mounted in a frame under glass measuring 20.5" x 24".

We offer in house shipping for the majority of the items that are sold in the auction. The exceptions being furniture, bulk or heavy items like marble statues or extremely fragile items. For these items, we recommend you work with a shipper. If you live over 4 hours from the auction house, we will assume that you would like your items shipped.
