- Lot Description
Original oil painting on canvas by listed artist, Ann Bennett (CA, 20th C.), signed lower left. Features a sunny California desert landscape. Art measures 20" h x 24" w presented in a frame measuring 29" x 32".
Provenance: Bennett was known for painting scenic California coastal areas & desert scenes. Painting continuously, she met other artists and began benefiting by their instruction and encouragement. Soon she was exhibiting and selling her works. Art Affiliations: member of the Pasadena Artist Associates, the Laguna Beach Artists Association, the Desert Arts Center at Palm Springs, the Southland Art Club, and the Riverside Art Association.

We offer in house shipping for the majority of the items that are sold in the auction. The exceptions being furniture, bulk or heavy items like marble statues or extremely fragile items. For these items, we recommend you work with a shipper. Shipping charges are not included in the winning hammer price. If you live over 4 hours from the auction house, we will assume that you would like your items shipped. Please let us know if you do not want them shipped if you are over 4 hours away from the auction house. The card that you registered with will be charged for all shipping charges and you will also receive an email with tracking information.
