Taino Full Figure Frog- Like Man In Transition (1000-1500 Ce). Feet curl up behind head and hands rest at corners of mouth. Double bird head symbol at back of head. Beautifully crafted and complex piece. The stone is tan-green hard stone. 3.75'' x 1.75'' x 1.5'' (10 x 4 x 4 cm). Provenance: Larry Roberts, author of Taino Sculpture: Art of the Gods.
