Sir Peter Blake's paintings, drawings, prints, and collages combine images from popular culture with Victorian motifs, mythical references, and vintage illustrations. In 1967, Blake co-created the album cover for The Beatles’ Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Blake's work is in the major collections of Baltimore Museum of Art; Museum Ludwig, Cologne; Museum of Modern Art, New York; Royal College of Art, London; Sintra Museum of Modern Art, Portugal; Tate, London; and Victoria and Albert Museum, London.Exhibition Sponsor:
