Niho Kozuru received her BFA from Parsons School of Design and MFA from University of Hawaii. In 2023, Kozuru exhibited with her family, father, and brothers at Mitsukoshi Gallery in Fukuoka, Japan. She is a recipient of a Mass Cultural Council grant. Kozuru’s work is held in the collections of the deCordova Museum, Danforth Art Museum, Fuller Craft Museum, Sheldon Museum, and Tanio Museum in Japan.

Artist's Description:The "Liquid Sunshine" series is inspired by New England architectural and industrial turned objects. Kozuru makes these brightly colored two dimensional rhythmic compositions by reconfiguring and casting
segments from her sculptures. The translucent rubber refracts and glows with light - giving new life and new energy. The wooden cradle frame has a custom made French cleat for hanging. Exhibition Sponsor:
