Duke Riley, renowned visual artist, earned a BFA in painting from the Rhode Island School of Design, and a MFA in Sculpture from the Pratt Institute. Based in Brooklyn, Riley uses materials collected from beaches in the northeastern United States to tell a tale of both local pollution and global marine devastation. Riley recently had a solo exhibition at the Brooklyn Museum: DEATH TO THE LIVING, Long Live Trash.
