US Springfield Model 1884 Trapdoor single shot. Cal .45-70, Serial #360960. 32 5/8" bbl. Case colored with low arch 1884 dated breech block. Marked Springfield, walnut stock. $1,200-1,800Exceptionally fine condition. Over 95% original blue on barrel, receiver and lock. 80% case color remains on breech block. Good, original stock finish showing only scattered handling marks, dents and mildew spots. Bore is bright with sharp rifling.
