Includes tag which reads: Powder horn belonged to Chief Joseph, who traded it to Grandfather Kramer for milk as he went through the Bitterroot on his way to the Big Hole where the Battle was fought-1877 with General Gibbons soldiers. $600-900 Provenance: Private Collection, Missoula, MT.Fine condition.
