Olaf C. Seltzer (1877-1957) 3" x 7" sketch with artist notes paired with a portfolio of letters from O.C. Seltzer dated as early as 1935. Seltzer's oil titled "The Scouts" is the painting that resulted from the original framed sketch. $1,500-2,500 Provenance: Includes nine letters from O.C. Seltzers to Kermit E. Rasmussen with acquisition information.Excellent condition.
