• Lot Description
  The color and texture juxtaposition of plexiglass and chrome makes this table lamp typically Mid-Century Modern, as the period was known for championing pieces that mixed unexpected materials together for an often striking, wholly original result. Four clear plexiglass rings circle the lamp like Saturn, while the base is a single cylinder of reflective chrome, for a design that is as minimal as it is inventive. This modern-looking lamp would make a perfect addition to a contemporary or Mid-Century Modern desk or, for a cohesive design look, would be stunning atop a chrome console table.
