37.50 mm case diameter, 12.00 mm case thickness, matte silvered dial signed PATEK PHILIPPE and additionally TIFFANY & CO, applied gold baton and pyramidal numerals with outer dot minute indication, gold dauphine hands, separate apertures above center for day and month, aperture at 6 o'clock for moonphase with chapter ring for date, beveled bezel, polished circular case, coin edge crown with embossed Calatrava symbol, calendar adjustment pushers at 7, 9 and 12 o'clock in the outer band, tapered lugs, snap on case back, Cal. 27-460 Q self-winding 37 jewel rhodium plated movement adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and five positions with fausses côtes finish, stamped with the Geneva Quality Hallmark, the 18 karat yellow gold rotor with fausses côtes finish, black lizard strap, 18 karat yellow gold buckle.

NOTE:
The present lot is a fine example of the rare Reference 3448 produced between 1962 and 1982 with a total production of 586 pieces. The model was the first self-winding perpetual calendar with moonphase. The current example features the upgraded Cal. 27-460 Q movement
and is one of a rare few offered through Tiffany & Co., thus bearing the additional signature on the dial.

The watch winds, sets and runs but has not been timed for accuracy. The day, month, date, and moonphase all progress correctly.
The crystal has a significant scratch near 8 o'clock and additional scattered superficial to moderate scratches. The dial shows no spotting, staining, pitting or scratches, the painted signature and calendar chapter ring are bright and distinct, the applied numerals and hands show no discoloration. The bezel shows even wear consisting of minute nicks to the edge around the crystal and the outer edge with superficial scratches to the polished surface, the outer band shows superficial scratches to the brushed finish and three moderate scratches on the crown side, the case back shows superficial scratches, the lugs show minor to moderate scratches to the top and side surfaces with minute nicks to the edges, the lug near 5 o'clock shows moderate scratches to the underside, the Swiss hallmarks on two of the lugs are deeply stamped and clear, the lug closest to 11 o'clock has a scratch mark reading "C014C". The strap is in worn condition and stamped PATEK PHILIPPE GENEVE, the buckle is stamped 18K on the loop and the tang, the buckle shows superficial scratches.
The movement is clean, showing no signs of moisture or rust (please see pictures available upon request).
