World War II German Army Lion Head Sword by Weyersberg
Having 34.75-inch blade with 'Weyersberg Solingen' mark on ricasso, gilt brass-clad aluminum hilt retaining leather buffer pad, Wehrmacht eagle on langet, florals on guard and above wire-wrapped grip with lion / panther head pommel having faceted red stone eyes, additional definition compared to other swords of same period and specifications, including scabbard having black finish and single suspension ring
