(2) items, undated, including 'Old Mill, Cumberland' oil on canvas, signed lower left, depicting trees by a mill, attached artist information and partial paper label en verso, in a wood frame under glass, brass nameplate lower center; and 'Landscape and Cottage' oil on panel, undated, signed lower right, depicting a horse and cart on a country road, 'Made in England' paper label with artist information en verso, in an ornate frame under glass, metal nameplate lower center
Property from: a Johnsburg, Illinois collector
Condition: Very Good, dirt accumulation on the inside of the glass; craquelure overall; 'Landscape and Cottage' frame having chips, cracks, missing pieces, reattached piece lower right edge; not examined out of the frames
