c.1902, printed signature lower left, for German cars, depicts villagers reacting to this novel, modern convenience, linen backed; together with an 1897, Misti (Ferdinand Mililiez, 1865-1923) 'Clements Cycles' poster, printed signature lower right, depicting a female customer flipping through the company's latest catalog, linen backed (16-inch x 24-inch); provenance: Wittenberg Vintage Posters, Chicago, Illinois
Condition: Good, overall light wear consistent with normal use; Cassiers having creasing on lower left edge, Clements having repaired tear repair across upper edge with inpainting; repaired tear to lower right quadrant
