Good, overall light wear consistent with normal use, blade having only few minute nicks to edge, along outermost 1/3rd of blade, blade having light scuffs and scratches throughout including occasional areas of surface discoloration but no major rust or pitting and no signs of resharpening, grip seemingly original, having areas of thinned or worn leather including shallow 1-inch vertical crack through leather into uppermost layer of wood meeting underside of upper guard as well as vertical 1.5-inch crack having exposed some areas of missing wood running to bottom of guard, brass guard having occasional minute nicks and minor areas of patina discoloration, scabbard having minor scuffs and scratches, (2) light dents with areas of very light pitting blending with patina
