1925, signed lower right, depicting a seated female figure sorting letters in a lush interior setting, in a gold tone wood frame; property from a Chicago, Illinois collector
Condition: Very Good, dent to upper left quadrant; areas of inpainting to shadows of dress; areas of inpainting to the left of the yellow curtain at upper right quadrant; scrape from verso visible to the left of yellow curtain at center; canvas does not fit tightly in frame; wear from frame rubbing at edges and corners; not examined out of the frame
