each centered with one emerald cut emerald, (one weighing approximately 4.04 carats and one weighing approximately 5.25 carats) prong set in yellow gold and framed in a circular pattern with two tiers each with (12) full cut round diamonds prong set in platinum, total combined diamond weight of the pair approximately 8.88 carats (E-F color, VVS1 - VVS2 clarity), completed with clip backs, signed Van Cleef & Arpels and numbered 2582CS, with French hallmarks. 1 in. diameter 16.1 dwt.Emeralds show green hue with medium to intense color intensity, transparent, with a light to moderate amount of natural inclusions.From a private estate and purchased in New York City in the 1960sGood estate condition.
