a circa 1950s publicity image is inscribed "To the famous Wild Bill Davidson (sic) From Louis Armstrong." In a silver-tone metallic frame.A scarce celebrity-to-celebrity presentation. The recipient, Davison, was a fierce cornet player best known for his mid-century association with guitarist and band leader Eddie Condon.Some fading to the photograph; the inscription remains quite bold.
