Ricordi, Milan, poster created for Iris, an opera by Italian composer Pietro Mascagni that premiered in 1898, presented under plexiglass in a custom, hand-carved museum quality silver leaf frame from Edward Wright of Hillsborough, NC.SS 107.25 x 37.25 in.; DOA 112.5 x 42.75 in.This monumental vintage poster is exceptional and is rarely offered for sale at auction.
