in the "Rombi" half hoop form in a carved and open yellow gold frame each featuring (3) bezel set oval cabochon sapphires (4.00 x 5.00mm) with a combined weight of the pair of approximately 3.50 total carats and each with (14) round brilliant cut diamonds (1.10mm - 1.80mm) bead set in white gold and with a combined weight of the pair of approximately .30 carat (F color, VS clarity) completed with post and Omega clip backs, signed and marked Italy / 18KT and with numbered inscription.5/8 in. 8.4 dwt.Very good estate condition.
