  Folio, contents loose as issued in original printed wrappers, linen chemise and slipcase. Monod 5467; Strachan S. 318. Boulogne: Éditions Auteuil, 1962

  Number 67 of 134 copies on rives; ex-collection Anthony Field, with an original ink study for the frontispiece, "boxers".
