Ernest Walbourn Born: 1871/72 Died: 1920/27 Known for: Figure, landscape, rural genre painting Ernest Walbourn was a Victorian landscape painter, specializing in cottage and farm scenes. These paintings were mostly set around Chingford in Essex. He exhibited 9 works at the Royal Academy, 12 works at the Royal Society of Artists, Birmingham, and 6 at the Walker Art Gallery, Liverpool. Walbourn's wife, Eva, was a proficient landscape painter and features in many of his paintings. Works by Walbourn can be found at the Bolton Art Gallery, the Kirklees Museum, and Herbert Art Gallery, Coventry.
