ca1870; no serial no.; cartridge - .22 cal; Remington - small dog head cane gun; cartridge loading; gun is very nice condition with minimal wear; hairline crack just beginning to form at top part where it screws into the bottom part; patent dates are very faint; front sight pin in shaft but no ring; circle pattern button trigger; CONDITION: guns action has problems as gutta percha head will pull away from the gun action when cocking sometimes. Also very difficult to close action back into cane section. Very attractive piece that needs minor mechanical tweaking O.L.- 36"
