Ca. 1860- A most unusual powder measure cane, the 2 1/2" round handle holds your black powder and a screw in mechanism which has a built in measure for your grains of powder to load, this system cane has unreadable proof marks on the measure itself, silver over brass handle, ebony shaft and a screw on two piece brass ferrule , unscrewing reveals a pike.
