20. Mike Cribbins Folk Art Cane- Dated 1861- Beautifully patinated Mike/Orion cane, with carved “Mike C. To John Dowd,” “Kenockee, Mich,’ and presentation to ‘Mrs. Dowd,’ also referencing ‘1861 War.’ Highly decorated with carious items such as a cross, foot, cloverleaf, fish and large leaf. Entire cane is embellished with punch-mark designs also. Knob handle and lead ferrule are typical of other Mike Cribbins canes. O.L.- 34 ½” $5,000-7,000
