Ca. 1890 - Wood handle and shaft when you pull the handle, it turns into a flag with 39 stars that never was, flag manufacturers believed that the two Dakotas would be admitted as one state and so manufactured this flag, some of which still exist. It was never an actual flag, metal ferrule. H.- 1 1/2" x 1 3/4". O.L.- 35"
