Early 19th Century - Brass handle has a working navigator's compass, it is unscrewed at the top and then unscrewed a third of the way down to turn into a one draw 16" working telescope, brass lower collar, exceptional example of a captain's cane, very thick Malacca shaft and 3 3/4" brass ferrule.
