good condition; (h. 1 1/2" x 1 1/2") (o.l. 35 1/4"); carved baleen man's head with tight skull cap covering curly hair handle with baleen covered shaft including braided collar and wrapped brass shaft; 1 " bimetal ferrule nickle with flat iron tip; straight friction pull reveals 28" single blade sword with blue and gold gilting beginning at the handle and progressing 10 1/2" down the blade which is in extremely for it's age
