A black and white original vintage photograph of Theda Bara dressed in period costume for her title role in Madame Du Barry (Fox, 1917). Written on verso “Theda Bara in Du Barry Costume Design by George Hopkins.” The film, about the last mistress of Louis XV, is believed lost. Photograph is marked at lower left “Witzel L.A.”
