A 1969 orange Dodge Charger built and previously owned by John Schneider, who plays Bo Duke in The Dukes of Hazzard (CBS, 1979-1985). The coupe has "01" painted on the doors and "Bo's General Lee" on each side above the windows.
The trunk cover of the car has been signed and inscribed by various cast members and celebrities including Schneider, who has signed in two different areas and written "Keep it 'tween the ditches! Yee Haa!! John Schneider. Congratulations on owning the last of 4 in the world! 3-21-99" and "13 years later and still looking great! John Schneider Bo's General Lee." Other signatures include those of Sonny Shroyer, who plays Enos Strate, and basketball player Jalen Rose, who has written "Thanks for supporting JRLA Jalen Rose 5 ' Fab-Five' 4-25-11." Previous owners of the vehicle include Schneider and Rose.
Schneider built four such cars, and this is one of them. Accompanied by a letter of authenticity signed by Schneider stating that he built and owned the car, and it was also previously owned by Rose; and a certificate of title from the state of Michigan listing Rose as the owner of the car.
The car has been featured in Mopar Collector's Guide magazine, which states that this particular car appeared in several of Schneider's commercials and starred in his film Behind the Scenes with Bo (Faithworks Productions).
