A pair of Sylvania awards, for outstanding contribution to creative television technique presented to Sid Caesar for The Chevy Show (NBC, 1958) in the comedy category and one presented to Caesar for Your Show of Shows (NBC, 1950-1954) in 1951. Accompanied by a black and white photograph of Caesar holding one of these awards with fellow winners at the ceremony.
