- Lot Description
A Belgian-made Browning Olympian bolt action rifle, .375 H&H Magnum caliber, 24 1/2-inch round barrel, serial number 2P17102, blued finish, finely engraved receiver and muzzle end of the barrel. Finely carved and checkered deluxe wood stock with pistol grip and custom wood cap, gold trigger, sling swivel eyelets, and Browning hard rubber butt pad. Mounted with a Redfield 2 3/4x scope with fine optics. This gun is in overall fine condition, showing the majority of its blued finish on the barrel. The engraved receiver displays game scenes on either side of the front portion of the receiver. The bore is fine, the action crisp, and the deluxe wood stock overall fine with beautiful graining to the butt stock. The raised carving is also finely accomplished.
This firearm must be registered in accordance with state and federal laws through Little John’s Auction Service, 1740 W. La Veta, Orange, CA 92868. Registration forms must be completed at this location or at your local FFL/gun shop, and the firearms must be picked up from this location or transferred to your local FFL/gun shop. Buyer must provide a Handgun Safety Certificate or obtain one through Little John’s or in conjunction with your local FFL/gun shop if you do not already possess one. Also, pickup must be made at Little John’s Auction Service after the 10-day waiting period and within thirty (30) days after registration, or the lot must be transferred to your local FFL/gun shop as per your state and/or federal requirements.
