- Lot Description
A pair of gold-toned thick metal cuffs with geometric design and colorless round simulated diamond accents, stamped "Gianni Versace Made in Italy" on interior. Together with a matching 18k yellow gold ring and an 18k yellow gold ring with the Versace Medusa logo flanked by colorless round diamond simulants, both stamped "Gianni Versace." Madonna wore all four pieces in her 2000 "Music" video, which starred Sacha Baron Cohen as Ali G. One of the rings was too large for Madonna, therefore during the video shoot the production team tied some brown tape to one of the rings. The original brown tape is still present. Accompanied by a copy of a letter of authenticity signed by Madonna's previous manager Angela Becker.
