A Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz check display with two framed portraits of the comedy couple by artist Gary Saderup and two signed checks. The check that is signed by Ball is dated March 23, 1953, and is written to Vera Hart in the amount of $70.00, numbered 3730, drawn from a joint account at the Hollywood Band of America, signed “Lucille Ball Arnaz.” The Arnaz signed check is written to George Meachem in the amount of $155.26, numbered 4228, drawn from a personal account at the Hollywood branch of California Bank, and signed “Desi Arnaz.”
