A Moschino trench coat worn by Ann Wilson on the cover of the 1986 Heart World Tour program, the music video for "These Dreams" and on the "If Looks Could Kill/ What He Don't Know" 7-inch single, and for additional publicity images. The long black coat is printed with trompe l'oeil iridescent sequins. A Moschino label is present. Accompanied by a magazine insert poster.
