Born on September 8 in Chicapa de Castro, Juchitán, Oax.
In 1978 he won first place in the painting contest, organized by the City Council of San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mex.
In 1994 he entered the Rufino Tamayo Plastic Arts Workshop, Oax., Mex.
In 1995 he obtained the CYANAMID scholarship for his graphic work, Mexico City, 1998 he was invited to be a jury member for the State of Oaxaca A Journey Through History and Ideate Your Future organized by Bancomer and Editorial Clío, Mexico City.
In 2001 he participated as a painting teacher at the Rufino Tamayo Plastic Arts Workshop, Oaxaca
In 2006, he served as Director of the Rufino Tamayo Plastic Arts Workshop, Oaxaca.Exhibitions:
From 1989 to 2010 he participated in individual and collective exhibitions at the Second Exhibition of Oaxacan Plastic Arts, Government Palace, Oaxaca, Mexico.

Nace el 08 de septiembre en Chicapa de Castro, Juchitán, Oax.
En 1978 obtiene el primer lugar en el concurso de pintura, convocado por el Ayuntamiento de San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, Mex.
En 1994 ingresa al Taller de Artes Plásticas Rufino Tamayo, Oax.,Méx.
En 1995 obtiene la beca CYANAMID por su obra gráfica, México, D.F., 1998 lo invitan a ser jurado por el Estado de Oaxaca Un viaje a través de la Historia e Idea tu Futuro organizado por Bancomer y Editorial Clío, México, D.F.
En 2001 participa como maestro de pintura en el Taller de Artes Plásticas Rufino Tamayo, Oaxaca
En 2006, funge como Director del Taller de Artes Plásticas Rufino Tamayo, Oaxaca.Exposiciones:
