- Lot Description
El artista ha optado aquí por sugerir la idea de una cabeza de búfalo en lugar de representarla de forma realista. Los dos extremos de la madera podrían interpretarse como cuernos y la parte central como la cabeza. La pieza se deja en su estado bruto, mostrando las texturas y colores naturales de la madera flotante. El soporte de madera, de forma ovalada, recuerda a un escudo y aporta un toque de elegancia al conjunto.
The artist has chosen here to suggest the idea of a buffalo head rather than to represent it realistically. The two ends of the wood could be interpreted as horns, and the central part as the head. The piece is left in its raw state, highlighting the natural textures and colors of the driftwood. The wooden support, oval in shape, recalls a shield and adds a touch of elegance to the whole.
L'artiste a ici choisi de suggérer l'idée d'une tête de buffle plutôt que de la représenter de manière réaliste. Les deux extrémités du bois pourraient être interprétées comme des cornes, et la partie centrale comme la tête. La pièce est laissée à l'état brut, mettant en valeur les textures et les couleurs naturelles du bois flotté. Le support en bois, de forme ovale, rappelle un bouclier et ajoute une touche d'élégance à l'ensemble.

COLLECTION, REMOVAL AND STORAGE
Following the Auction, Buyers must remove all Lots from the Auction site.
Buyers must provide their own packing materials and their own assistants for the removal of lots.
If not removed timely by Buyer, in addition to any and all other remedies and rights JP AUCTIONS may have, JP AUCTIONS shall have the right to remove any Lot at Buyer’s sole risk and expense and store it, at Buyer’s expense, including removal, storage, transportation and handling expenses and costs and applicable taxes, at a third-party warehouse, and Buyer hereby grants JP AUCTIONS an irrevocable power of attorney to remove and store such Lots at Buyer’s expense.

EXPORT PERMITS
The Buyer is responsible for determining whether or not an export permit is required to export a Lot and for obtaining and paying the costs of any permits or licenses necessary to export any Lot from MEXICO or any other country where it is registered and/or import it into any other country, and for the payment of any import duty that may be levied by the country of import. JP AUCTIONS makes no representation or warranty of any kind with regard to whether or not any Lot can be exported or imported or the issuance of an export or import permit for any Lot.
