- Lot Description
"Rendez-vous", an exceptional Baccarat limited edition crystal table clock, is from the "Rencontres" collection designed by French Artist Mathias. Mathias started working with Baccarat in 1996, when the first of the “Rencontres” collection was created and immediately sold out to collectors around the world. The clock is set in a crystal star suspended between two crystal pyramids. Each pyramid is composed of 11 separate pieces. A large crystal base sits on 4 gold washed brass turtles. Four crystal balls top the base and support a large crystal pyramid. The tip of each pyramid is topped with a crystal ball that secures the gold washed brass chain from which the clock is hung. The piece is number 3 of 12 created. It comes with the original Baccarat red box with fitted compartments for storage or transport. $56,000.00 Previous owner purchase price.
