18 Karat Men's Yellow Gold Audemars Piguet Watch. Case # 57421. Beautiful Oval shaped Men's Watch with Roman Numeral numbers. 18 Karat yellow gold all original except for crown. Beautiful designer band. Approximate Measurements: Watch width: 8 inches long. Approximate Case Measurements: 29mm 35 mm including crown. Band is approximately 3mm thick case is approx. 5 mm thick. Watch is in excellent condition. 53.4 dwt with movement. See Photos. Please note the gallery does not warranty the running condition of watches.
