Favrile'', a ''Chaflin'' counterbalance desk lamp base in patinated bronze, the stepped circular base issuing dual arms supporting the adjustable gooseneck stem terminating in a spherical weight at one end and fitted with a domical iridescent green Favrile shade at the other, 11'' H x 13'' W x 6.875'' D, est: $2000/3000 Provenance: Private Collection, Los Angeles, CA
Overall good condition. Scattered scratches and rubbed wear to patinated base commensurate with age and handling. Support arms bent slight forward toward shade. Shade with scattered minor inherent flaws to exterior, minor abrasion to exterior edge of fitter rim and an approximately 3.5''-long hairline crack extending from fitter rim to center of body. Wiring should be checked by a qualified electrician prior to use.
