  Buchmalerei

  Sammlung von 5 Initialen mit reichem Rankenwerk. Wohl 16./17. Jh. Je Gouache und Tinte auf Pergament. Maße von 5,2 x 6 cm bis 22 x 19,5 cm.

  Aus Missalen und Antiphonaren, rückseitig mit Schrift meist in Schwarz und Rot. - Teils etw. knitterspurig und minimal berieben. Eine Intiale mit vertikaler Knickspur und leichtem Farbausbruch. Insgesamt wohl erhalten.

  Illumination - Collection of 5 initials with rich vine work. Probably 16th/17th century. Each gouache and ink on vellum. - From missals and antiphonaries, with writing mostly in black and red on the reverse. - Partly creased and minimally rubbed. One intial with vertical crease and slight loss of colour. Overall well preserved.
