London, Bohn, 1848. 8 Bl. Fol. Lwd. d. Zt. mit goldgepraegtem Deckeltitel (berieben und etwas bestoßen). Zweite Ausgabe. - "Depressed by the recent erection of crude, inelegant garden buildings and seats "whose outlines are anything but compatible with the surrounding scenery', Ricauti offered this collection of original designs to encourage preservation of the rustic and picturesque appearance of England's country estates. The descriptive letterpress leaves accompagnying the plates include brief remarks on materials, construction, picturesque composition and cost" (Archer p. 722). - 3 Tafeln mit 4 verschiedenen Bruecken, 8 Tafeln mit Grundrissen und Ansichten von Gartenhaeusern, die restlichen Tafeln mit Zaeunen, Pavillons, Moebeln etc. - Teilweise etwas braunfleckig, 1 Tafel teilweise geloest.
