Fitted with period burner, 5 1/2" D shade ring with coining to edge and spider support, and a colorless ball-form shade with frosted and engraved geometrical medial band. Starr, Fellows and Company. Shade possibly Mt. Washington Glass Co. 18 1/8" H to top of shade, 13" H to top of opening, 5" SQ base. Shade 6 3/8" H, 5" D fitter. Circa 1856.

Excellent overall condition, font with expected minute wear and a light dent, standard with heavy cleaning/polishing, marble with expected roughness. Spider with possible later resoldering to prongs, shade with minor wear, and normal rim roughness, top rim with two shallow flakes, which are probably as made and do not affect the profile.
