deep emerald green font with panels and ribs pattern, No. 2 fine-line collar, supported in a gilded brass frame with simple foliage pattern and cast brass wall bracket with floral ornamentation. Fitted with a period set-up comprising an E. F. Jones No. 2 lip burner, thumbwheel marked "E. F. JONES PATENT MAY 4, 1858 / REISSUE JAN. 11 1859", and a lip chimney with a swirling rib pattern. Font possibly Dietz & Co. Font 4" H to top of collar, 2 1/4" D base. Bracket 11 1/2" L. Third quarter 19th century.

Excellent condition, font undamaged, bracket with expected wear to finish. Burner undamaged, chimney fitter with normal flakes/roughness, as made, along with some minor wear and roughness to one small area on a rib.
