colorless, pyriform font molded with 12 lower elongated arched panels, raised on a complex triple-step circular base featuring protruding tapered columns on the corners and protruding square feet, interior with a rosette-form prism pattern in apex, multi-ring wafer construction. Probably New England or Pittsburgh. 8 1/4" H, 3" SQ base. Circa 1830-1845.

Very good condition, font with minor wear, one lower corner column with a polished top (possibly an underfill), one foot corner with a sizable chip to underside, otherwise only minor mold roughness.
